Aislamiento de bacterias con potencial biofertilizante de la zona del macizo montañoso de Guamuhaya Isolation of bacteria with biofertilizer potential of Guamuhaya mountain Ortega García, Marisel Ríos Rocafull, Yoania Caraballo Barreto, Ignacio García González, Néstor Dibut Álvarez, Bernardo Martínez Viera, Rafael atypical ecosystem stimulator microorganism sampling ecosistemas atípicos microorganismos estimuladores muestreo A partir de un muestreo realizado en la zona del Macizo Montañoso de Guamuhaya, se purificaron tres aislados bacterianos morfológicamente diferentes, según su crecimiento en los medios selectivos empleados. La caracterización morfológica-fisiológica y bioquímica de los mismos, se realizó mediante 19 pruebas. Se compararon los resultados con las referencias del Manual de Sistemática para Bacterias. Esto permitió identificar dos de los microorganismos como Beijerinckia fluminensis y el otro como Bacillus megatherium. Se comprobó que las tres cepas solubilizan fósforo inorgánico y fijan nitrógeno atmosférico, lo que indica que tienen potencial para la elaboración de biofertilizantes. It was also proven that the three microorganisms are capable of solubilizen inorganic phosphorous and to fix atmospheric nitrogen, what indicates they are potential strain for biofertilizantes elaboration.
