Estimate of the deterioration microbiologic of floors ferralitic and brown for the use of practice agricultural
Main Article Content
Abstract
The objective of the present work consisted on studying the effect caused by some agricultural practices as the investment of the deep prism and it burns it indiscriminate of the floors. For this end 10 g of floor of different points of the areas was collected, before and after being subjected to these you work. They were considered the concentrations by means of the Method of Dilutions Serials with later in Badges Petri, using selective means. The microorganisms evaluates for their importance was solubilizers of Match, fixers of atmospheric Nitrogen, actinomycets, mushrooms, yeasts and total microorganisms. Product of the study was determined that the concentrations of microorganisms of the floor fell for the effect caused by both works. Those that diminished two levels of UFC/mL-1, what is considered alarming fundamentally for the farmers, for the extensive of these practices. Both floors behaved in a similar way, what corroborates the truthfulness of the obtained results. It is demonstrated the negative effects that exercise these works, what indicates that they cause losses of the concentrations of microorganisms and for this reason of the life of our floors.
