Distance plant protection training model for agricultural producers

Abstract
In Cuba about 806 481 agricultural producers are linked to the agricultural production, which need a systematic training for the control of the pest in their crops. The traditional training based on presence workshops is very slow for the generalization of the new technologies, it doesn't satisfy the demands, neither the learning and it moves away to the producing of its works. This work bases their proposal in a model for expand the training of the producers, based on the distance and semi-presencial teaching method , which articulates the communication channels installed in the municipalities, with the elaboration of the audiovisual means for the learning and the relationship student-professor. The proposal of this model was evaluated to the consideration of numerous specialists and producing, although an opinion consultation to know approaches about its advantages and realization feasibility. The results contributed in the opinion consultation directed to specialists coincide in that Distance Plant protection Training model is feasible, viable, coherent and a necessary alternative that responds to the training necessities that demand the agricultural producers in the current context and the agricultural producers corroborated that the current models and methods of present training are not effective .We concludes the necessity to put into practice the proposed Training Distance model to access in an integral, ordinate, sequential and programmed way to the agricultural producers in order to optimize the Plant protection Training.
