New variant of reproduction of Mesorhizobium sp. for the biofertilización of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.)
Main Article Content
Abstract
In the search of alternative to improve the technological package settled down in the biofertilización of the cultivation of the chickpea (Cicer arietinum. L) in Cuba, it was desing new technology to static fermentation. Were use two strains of Mesorhizobium sp., belonging to the Bacteria’s Beneficies Collection of the INIFAT. They were grown in solid state on YMA medium, over Petri box of 15 cm, incubated 32°C temperature. Under this conditions was obtained a volume biomass to 98,67 mg/cm2 where we reach a microbial concentration of 1013 UFC x mL-1. The second collect was 65,30 mg/cm2. The results showed the possibility to apply a concentrated product that increases the yields of the crop with regard to the plants without inoculating, with similar results to the liquid variant validated during several years. This new production strategy is promissory to cover the campaigns in the country, due to its feasibility in the transportation and to its easy manipulation and conservation the one conditions to refrigeration its on economic benefit to 0.48 CUC/Ha treatise on the biopreparator and one relation C/B de 73:1 to the are technology consideration factible for the market.
