Computerized system of soil in the sustainable management of agrarian scientific services

Abstract
The Soil of Science constitutes the base for the study of problematic, as they are the climatic change and the desertification. The considerable data that provide the studies of soils are good to satisfy the demands of the society and the political decisions. The current challenge is to be able to have that information in a precise, quantitative, accessible, comprehensible way and to adapt it to the necessities of the new requirements. In this sense, was elaborated a project for the computerization, evaluation, recommendation and control of the soil information, for their best use. It was designed the system with from the processes that it contemplates the scientific service of the Institute of Soil of Cuba (analytic service, cartography and evaluation of soils, nutrition and fertility and conservation, use and handling of soils). An integrative system of data of soil was obtained (SIDS), for the efficient handling of the information in the administration of the agriculture in the production of foods and conservation of the soil quality. This system, conforms it a software package that you/they integrate and they process the information (SARLAB, REGIFERT, SEMCAS and SIG MDS), to speed up the answer to the producer on the state of the soil, to organize the flow of the information and control of the administration of the service for an increment of the economic efficiency.
