Mutienviromental analysis of chickpea cultivars behavior in Cuba
Main Article Content
Abstract
The behavior of the yields and others components in 14 cultivars wasstudied on 12 environments during five years (2004-2008) how the alternative to improve the composition of varieties present in the commercial production. The work was realized inside the project “Regionalization of chickpea cultivars (Cicer arietinum L.) on the conditions of Cuba” . It was evaluated Cuban and foreign cultivars with the objective to compare between there and to recommend this cultivars to the production. We determine the genotypes that showing better stability in there yield. This study including the commercial testing variety JP-94 and others cultivars of the Official Register of commercial varieties of Cuba, many of them do not present wide diffusion in the country.
