Isolation of bacteria with biofertilizer potential of Guamuhaya mountain
Main Article Content
Abstract
By samplings carried out in the Mountainous area of the Solid one of Guamuhaya, they became purified three bacterial isolates that were different morphologically, evidenced in their growth in the selective culture that were used. It was morphological-physiologic and biochemistry strain characterization by 19 tests and the obtained results were compared with the Systematic proceeding for Bacterias references, what allowed identifying two of them as Beijerinckia fluminensis and the other one as Bacillus megatherium. It was also proven that the three microorganisms are capable of solubilizen inorganic phosphorous and to fix atmospheric nitrogen, what indicates they are potential strain for biofertilizantes elaboration.
