The decentralization of Productive Units derived from Science and Technique contribute to endogenization of technologies, since introduction of Science and technology together with the generation and recombination of knowledges between different actors and managers participants in the socio- productive processes, taking to account the locality economy and culture. Moreover, different necessary aspects to obtain endogenous development are discuss, for example: the use of politics and strategies to integration of urban, peri-urban and rural agriculture from different characteristics of these is agricultures and their farmers. The “autoabastecimiento municipal” model promoting in 80 decade is compared with extensionist system of Urban Agriculture developed in 90 decade until actuality. The positive aspects integration of these two systems will contribute to the implementation of rights political and strategies to obtain agricultural development endogenous in Cuba, from the integral technologies of agroecological agriculture.
