Application of magnetic treatment to the water of irrigation of protected cultivations.
Main Article Content
Abstract
The research proves the effectiveness of the MAGCIME magnetic activators (MTA) in the magnetic treatment of irrigation water in agricultural crops, particularly in cucumbers, in which an increase in the harvest of up to 53.1 % was obtained, for that concept. The results evaluated allowed us to verify the positive effects of the irrigation MTA with the MAGCIME devices, superior to the crop without this treatment, in indicators such as earlier flowering and greater density in the plants, greater speed of plant growth, greater assimilation of nutrients, higher yields per unit area and greater resistance to pests; the increase in productivity was given by an increase in the number of fruits per plant and not by greater weight or size. In addition, evidence of a decrease in calcareous incrustations in the drip dispensers of the irrigation system is provided.
