Respuesta del frijol (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) a la inoculación con Azofert®-F en condiciones de déficit hídrico
Main Article Content
Abstract
The effect of Azofert®-F on plant growth and yield of bean in water deficit conditions was evaluated. The experiment was carried out in the light room of the Department of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry of the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences and in the “El Cucán” Agricultural Enterprise during the period of 2019-2020, in the municipality of Jiguaní, Granma province. The bean cultivar used was ´Tomeguín-93´ and four treatments were evaluated with the application of 100 and 50 % of field capacity inoculated with a dose of 200 mL Azofert®-F per 50 kg of seed at sowing moment and were used no Azofert®-F application as control. A design was used randomized for the controlled conditions and design used was a split plots with factorial arrangement and 4 replies for the field experiment. For each treatment were selected 10 plants and were evaluated: root lenght (cm), leaf area (cm2), number of nodule per plant, number of effective nodule, number of grain per plant, grain mass per plant (g), 100 grain fresh mass (g) and yield (t ha-1). The results shown that Azofert®-F inoculation stimulated the plant growth and the nodulation in water stress conditions. The agricultural yield was increased in water deficit conditions with Azofert®-F inoculation.
