Evaluation of Phaseolus vulgaris (L.) seed quality produced in Artemisa and Mayabeque, Cuba

Abstract
It was evaluated the seed industrial production of common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris, L.), come from 288 suburban farmers, to agricultural adscript to agricultural entities of Artemisa and Mayabeque provinces that were engaged by Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) “Artemisa Seedˮ during 2011 to 2015 to producer seed of category basic, registered and certificated, according to the need of seed formal systems. It was elaborated a data matrix with the information included in the reception models to seed lots in the arrivals and sorties to benefices plants that included arrivals and sorted humidity, physical purity, small and broken grains, mechanical injury, receipts and sorties seed germination to the operational flow, industrial yield and mil seed height. It demonstrated the varietal influence and pre harvest and postharvest behind, in the quality indicators of see cleaning lot and that the 100 % to obtained seed is according to the quality standards conform to the Cuban standards.
