Effect in chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) of Mesorhizobium sp and Bacillus megatherium combine application
Main Article Content
Abstract
This work evaluates the possibility to perfect the actual technology package of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L). At the same time its make a new contribution in biofertilizer topic that shows the possibility to combine nitrogen fixing microorganism and also bacteria with potential for phosphorus solubilization. It was exposed the result obtain using a new nutrition alternative by combine inoculation with Mesorhizobium sp and Bacillus megatheriun strains belong to INIFAT Bacteria Collection. They were growth in rotator shaker with 200 r.p.m of agitation and 32 ºC of temperature. Was used the submerged fermentation process over YMA and Nutrient Broth medium. The final concentration was 1010 and 1011 UFC.mL-1 for each one of microorganism. The application of both of them provokes a stimulator effect over Nacional-29 variety. The yield was higher than 42 % respect to no inoculated plants and it was higher than 15 % if was compared to nitrogen fixing bioproduct.
