Effect of the application de biofertilizantes like feasible alternative in the production de margulies in fruit-bearing and ornamental species
Main Article Content
Abstract
In the work the results are shown obtained for the first time with the use of the bacterial biofertilizante with the help of Azotobacter chroococcum and Bacillus megatherium, compared with the application of the BAIFOLAM Forte cared product that it is used as stimulated and enraizer of plants. For the growth of the microorganisms a rotational shaker was used 200 r.p.m agitation and 320 C of temperature, amid cultivation DIMARGON-M, by means of submerged fermentation the one that reached a final concentration of 1013. UFC.ml-1. The objective of the present work was to demonstrate the incidence that exercises the application of the biofertilizante in Margulies of such fruit-bearing cultivations as creole lemon (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle var. Mexican), sour orange (Citrus aurantium) and guava (Psidium guajaba, Lin). and of ornamental plants Phicus golden King and Schefflera actinophilla. The used biofertilizante produces changes via xilem that are metabolized by the floem, for what the microorganisms cause they can express a marked stimulated effect in the development of the roots. The work has economic effect since it allows to substitute the BAIFOLAM Forte that has a cost 4.73 times adult that with the use of this production biofertilizante national. Always allows carrying out feasible modifications to the Margulies technology with more ecological focus.
