Improves of the agricultural aptitude of two soils used in the suburban agriculture with the application of pulp of Coffea arabica L.
Main Article Content
Abstract
The efficient use of organic industrial products in the urban and suburban agriculture, is one of the fortitude that the farmers present to improve the agricultural aptitude of the soils measured across its physical, chemical and biological properties. This way the food security of the city is improved, as well as the economic and environmental sustainability of the local production of food. For that reason the object of this work was analyze the effect of the pulp of Coffea arabica L. in proportion 3:1 on some physical, chemical and biological properties of two soils with different states of sustainability used in the suburban agriculture. To complete the object the agroecology sustainability of the soils was evaluated; were analyzed the changes of the microbiological activity using like indicators the basal respiration edaphic, the count of microorganisms and the mineralization rate; was determined the chemical modifications across the general chemical analysis and the relation between the coefficients E465/E665; and finally, there were realized the structural physical tests of distribution of aggregations and coefficient of structural stability in the dry and humid sieves, and index of average weight. For the prosecution of the information was used the statistical program STATGRAPHICS and the test of ANOVA multifactorial. The obtained results showed that the coffee pulp improves the agricultural aptitude of the soils measured across its physical, chemical and biological properties.
