Abstract

Effect of growth regulator (2,4 D, BAP, KIN y Biobras 16) on plant regeneration from immature embryos of different genotypes of maize and the effect of bioproducts (AZOMEG, FITOMAS y ENERPLANT) during their acclimatization was evaluated and to know the potential of somaclonal variability were studied the morphoagronomic characters. The higher percentage of in vitro embryo regenerated was obtained on MS medium without hormonal supplement. Application together of FITOMAS and AZOMEG (50%) on plants cv. ´P 315´ increases the percentage of survive (80%) and the height of plants (24,5 cm). Morphological characterization separated the plants in four groups and selected the characters of higher contribution to genetic variability.
