Evaluación de la calidad de extractos fluidos de hojas secas de Justicia pectoralis J. var. pectoralis
Main Article Content
Abstract
The thermodynamic parameters influence in the quality of a phito-pharmac, fundamentally when the matter prevails it comes from dry plants. It is for it that the handling of the drying technique to use is of great importance. The objective of the investigation consisted on the physical-chemical characterization of different flowing extracts of tile leaves (Justice pectoralis J. var. pectoralis) dry to determine their quality. The leaves were they dehydrated in a solar dryer and they conformed to a total of eight processes with significant differences in the temperature and relative humidity. The flowing extracts were obtained by the percolation method and to each one they were evaluated: the color, the pH, the refraction index, the density, the total solids and the presence of families of compound. The coumarine was identified by chromatografic of thin layer. The hydroalcoholic extracts of the leaves of dry linden fulfilled the standards of quality for their use as vegetable drug, independently of the drying conditions. The technology of drying lot demonstrated that with the thermal gradient generated inside the drying camera, it is possible the dehydration of the vegetable material and the conservation of the coumarine in the extracts.
